How do you hear God?
First realize you are a crown jewel creation of God. You are in Good Hands.
Close your eyes. Now…..(wait 20 sec) and Listen actively, to what your mind is saying.
We need to settle the mind from all the chatter from distractions and us reacting blindly. Are they useful and true, or are they ridiculous and damaging. Not worth keeping. Dismiss it. Smile at it and yes, laugh spiritually, a smile within to some thoughts.
Observe the light swell of light. The thoughts are not YOU. Just think as you sit, eyes closed, “I am safe, God is Good” Next, once you have sat and cleared all your chatter, you can begin to be able to talk with Jesus, as in an ongoing conversation.
Observe what you are thinking, or if you are not thinking…think something. Anything.
If it is of God you will feel a progression to smile and expand. That was a productive thought. Keep thinking those. Exercise.
Now remember you are talking to God, Jesus Christ. He Understands EVERYTHING 🙂 There is nothing too weird for Him. Give it to Him. Everything about Him is in the Bible. Notice that you have to keep your mind clear and still to hear Him.
First a Thank you Lord, and whatever you want to talk about. Be ready to hear and respond thoughtfully with full exposition of your heart. This is the best way to talk with Jesus on a regular basis.
Listen and posture your mind. Test all spirits of your own and others. He’s Omnipresent….Everywhere and Omnipotent…All Knowing. So super convenient. Have life will travel. In life with life. Breathe Easy.
Pray without Ceasing. Remember Him. Adore Him and know, He does.
